20 Years Ago A Journey To Central America To See The Man From The Bush

This month, November, Dr. Sebi’s birth month, marks the 20th anniversary of my visit to Honduras, Central America, to interview him, a man I feel is one of the greatest alternative medicine specialists we’ve ever known. Seven Days in Usha Village: A Conversation With Dr. Sebi 20 Years Later marks that journey.

The book launched Monday, November 3, 2025, but November 6 is the actual day I arrived at Dr. Sebi’s healing center Usha. My favorite chapter in the book is one of the new chapters, “Dr. Sebi Shared More That Week in Honduras: His Methodology.”

My hope is that you’ll read this updated edition of Seven Days and find your way to sustainable good health.
